Our intensive intro program is designed for athletes who are new to lifting weights. We'll get you started with lots of personalized attention, focusing on developing safe movement patterns and building strength to form a solid foundation for you to build upon as you progress.
The intro program is three one-on-one sessions with a coach. Upon completion of the intensive intro, you can choose to continue with private sessions, or transition into our Fundamentals program.
If you’re transitioning from powerlifting, CrossFit, or have a different fitness background that has included squatting and deadlifting, our fundamentals program is designed to refine your technique, build strength, and address any mobility issues. Our goal is to set you up for success in more advanced weightlifting, or any other athletic endeavor you pursue in the future.
Our Fundamentals program is 3 training sessions per week.
If you have more weightlifting experience, our supportive community and world class coaches can take your lifts to a new level. Our holistic training system is individualized to address your strengths and weaknesses as observed by our coaches, and includes everything from mobility to psychological training for competition.
Our Intermediate/Advanced Program is 4-6 days per week of training and accessory work.
Youth, Junior & University
For athletes 24 and under, our Youth and Junior program can be used to compete in Olympic Weightlifting, or as cross-training for a second sport.
We offer financial aid for young athletes through our non-profit, Brooklyn Youth Athletics.

Athletes 35 and older compete in a separate age category, and have different training needs from the young folk. Our Masters program is designed to maximize performance for the more mature athlete.
Masters athletes participate in 3-6 days of training and accessory work each week depending on level.
Tristate area athletes can participate in any of our programs without making it to Brooklyn multiple times per week. Our tristate remote athletes complete programming at their local gym during the week, and train with Team BBC in Brooklyn for our Saturday session only.
Intro sessions for tristate athletes can take place in person or via video chat as works for you.
If you're farther afield, we'd still love to have you join Team BBC! Our coaches offer remote coaching on a one-on-one basis, providing individualized programming, video feedback, and competition prep and support as needed.

Spend 1-on-1 time with our world-class coaching team and unlock your full athletic potential.
Private clients receive detailed analysis of technique, strengths, and weaknesses, and individualized programming based on that analysis. A coach will work with you to set and achieve goals of any size and scope.
Our coaches have significant experience prepping for national and international competitions, and are available to provide competition day coaching.
Private training is available at our Brooklyn location and worldwide via video conferencing.
